Are there packages if we sign up for multiple services?
All our services are individually priced so as to provide the clients with the most amount of freedom in directing their event towards their own vision. However, we do provide a recommended package based on the information provided for the event.
What are the precautions taken by Blitz Event when hosting events in this Covid19 season?
We are currently following MOH’s regulations and safety procedures for the events. (e.g. safe entry, safe distancing for guests, temperature taking upon entry etc.)
Is there a maximum number of people we can have for our event (in this Covid19 season)
As the current Covid19 situation is still unstable for the event side of things, we are unable to give the exact amount of people for corporate events.
What are the locations that you have on offer for bookings?
We work with many different venues, both hotels as well as restaurants. Do let us know if there are any specific locations you prefer and we are able to provide you with the most suitable choice.
Does Blitz Event specialise in hosting certain types of events?
We focus on corporate events, but mainly focus on the entertainment side of corporate events (e.g. team building, family day, Dinner & Dance)
Is it ok if I have my own emcee/ sound system system/ booking place already?
As our services are individually priced, we are able to work with the components you have booked. Do take note however, that each service you engaged separately might not be compatible with each other. Do contact us and we will gladly assist in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Is there a minimum spending involved?
We do not have a minimum spending involved, as the events are based on the comfort of our clients.
